My civic is messed up :(
Ok about a month ago i bought a salvage 95 civic ex that already had a B16 swap but the motor had a bent valve....i picked it up for 1150 for everything....figured i couldnt go wrong....well after i get finished putting a B18C motor in it, GSR rear disks and front calipers, and new kyb shocks, struts and GC coilovers i realize that the passenger side wheel sits back about 1 inch further than the drivers side. So i change over the complete front lower suspension including PS rack, sway, and control arm and it still sits the same....the only thing i havent checked for damage is the upper control arm. anybody got any ideas of what else could be causing the wheel to sit the way it is other than the upper control arm??? its starting to get me pissed cuase i wana drive the thing so bad!!!!!!
Thanx,

Ummm, the cars unibody is bent. Take it a body shop with a chassis alignment rack (aka the torture rack) and get them to bend your car back into shape.

1 inch is a lot, 99% chance that its a bent frame. even if you had a bent control arm it still shouldn't be off by that much. like someone said go to a shop and have them straighten it out for you, be prepared to pay some $.

Re: My civic is messed up :( (intezn)
i was hoping something other than that answer...and the only reason whethet that wouldnt be the unibody is beacuase everything was fixed and there is no obvious unibody damage. the fenders, bumper, headlights etc. fit up exactly the way they should. so i guess ill take some measurements....
