Ok here are the facts. car was in i minor fender bender 1993 civic dx 1.5 sohc
drove it home. had the windshield replaced and the car hasnt ran since
has fuel pressure
new dizzy
new plugs
new wires new battery
main relay clicks when ignition is turned to on postion
all cam gear marks line up tdc
car cranks strong checked plugs for spark and they all are firing
tried to jump code ecu engine light doesnt flash any codes just stays on
changed ecu with same model and it does the same when jump coded
anything that im overlooking?

check under the panel in the fuse and check if the acg fuse is blown. which is a 15amp (fuse 24). make sure u have gas in your tank lol

all fuses checked only one found with even a hint of failure is a 30amp heater motor fuse . could that really be a problem??

Well was the last modification you did your car? My honda did the same thing yesterday morning and I got it fixed last night, My ACG fuse kept blowing and it was because my speed sensor was shorting out. took me almost 4 hours to find the problem, but check the fuses under the hood (the 15 amp fuses) Did you check for compression within the valves?

went back to check fuel pressure again today i cracked the fuel filter turned the key to on postion and i only gotta trickle ..... ok so im thinking clogged filter after i heard the fuel pump prime.. so i take off the inlet line and try again same thing. bad pump right??? im open to some feedback

Change the filter. and let us know how it went.

Ignition coil bad? That happened to my civic about a year ago and the ignition coil was bad.
