my CEL doesn't work
1996 hatch with 1.5L SOHC VTEC D15Z1 Engine (converted to OBD-1 with a harness)
cluster has been swapped for a 99 ex cluster (for a tach )
1. i already swapped bulbs and that didn't help
2. swapped ecu's with a p28 and that didn't help
3. i tried jumping the CEL connector thinking it would make the light come one, but nothing.
I do have 2 large dead-end plugs in the engine bay. one blue and one grey. (right now they are loose under my intake manifold. I imagined these were left overs from the obd1 conversion. (i didn't do the conversion it was in the car when I bought it)
i want to make sure I have this working before I swap my z6 into the car. any thoughts?
Thank you.

Re: my CEL doesn't work (turbo sol)
well finally figured it out. I was missing a pin in the actual harness itself.
a13 on the obd1 side had nothing. so I added a pin and ran it to a18 on the obd2 side.
bingo. it works, not I just have to fix my code 41. (which is prob bc I have a 4 wire 02 on a VX ecu)
