I found a plug down by the washer fluid mresorvoir kind of wound up with an unused connector is my car wired for fog lights did the USDM civics come with fogs or are they ever wired for them? Its a 94 EX coupe thanks all

They were partially wired, there is a connection from the engine bay to the inside of the car. You still need to install the wires that connect to the actula fog lights, plus the relay if I am not mistaking.

I believe all 94+ Civics are prewired for fogs. I know my 92 wasn't. But the fog connector is a single wire (blue/red I think) that is brown.
