Do you have spark? Test with OHM meter.
Put the key to the on position for a few seconds, remove key, do again. This will build fuel pressure. Try again, if it does not start, remove spark plugs and check for fuel from the injectors. Are the spark plugs soaked, dry them! Are your injectors properly wired. Be patient, you will get it running. Make sure everything is grounded, post pics of the engine bay if you want, I will look it over.

Make sure you still have spark. And check and recheck your plug wires. Many guys have forgotten that cylinder 1 is closest to crank, not to dizzy. Check everything again!

make sure all the correct fuses are in to run. both in the engine bay and under the dash. my problem was one of my fuses under the dash was blown and the car would not start, but it would crank all day long.

Yup, give it a try, let us know.
EDIT: ****, I just thought over in my head, it could be 1,3,4,2 or 1,3,2,4 clockwise. 1,3,4,2 does actually sound right. My above statment might be wrong. Either way, double check or give both settings a try.

I think we may have found your problem. Don't you need a Dizzy from a VTEC car for a VTEC motor or am I completely retarted?

The teg was an LS correct?? I know in D series motors you have to use a VTEC distributor on a VTEC head. Somebody with a little more information than me help out here. I know jack crap about swaps.

Then I retract my previous statement. Looks like I am just retarted.

Re: (Ricey McRicerton)
Make sure you didn't plug your TPS into your map sensor and vice versa...... they have the same plug and will allow you to crank the car over, but it loads to much fuel......... gl

Re: (The good Dohc-tor)
nah i didnt mix them up, the TPS wont reach my map with this harness plus i didnt disconnect either when doing the swap. also to whoever said their plug wire order on the b18c is wrong because i tried that and the wires wont even stretch that far. well im waiting for a friend with a jumper to see if it starts.

EDIT: its definately 3,4 up top and 1, 2 on bottom, heres a pic. i think you got confused.
