my car is lobsided, what i do?
i got a 94 civic coupe. my passenger side is down more than my driver side. the shop told me it was my lower control arm which i replace it. i replace new springs and it is still lopsided. what else can be it? can it be the shock? anyone helpful idea would help.

Yeah it's your shocks I had the same problem my car sat lower on driver's side than the passenger side. I put in new shocks it was fine.

well if you used lowering springs then its gonna be like that, every car i have lowerd with just conventional springs has done it, my coupe has H&R sport springs its just like that, a car i just lowerd did the samething he had koni yellows and neuspeed race springs, intrax also do it, so i say just leave it. unless it is reall bad, mine is about a finger gap different.

it might not be the shocks because the spring carries the weight of the car, the shock only dampens the load on suspension travel...

all the ppl ive seen with lowering springs get that lean on the driverside thats why i chose coilovers

damn my car is lopsided on the drivers side and i knew it was cause of a blown shock and all the weight that is on that side compared to the others cause im a big guy but not close to enough to blow a shock.. glad to hear others have the same problem.. looks like its time to upgrade from cheap springs and stock shocks to a good set of coilovers..

if you have a blown shock, wouldn't there be a banging sound everytime you hit a bump? i'd remeber when i blown my tokico's in fornt, everytime i'd hit a bump there be sound of metal banging against metal.
