Default My calipers fell appart due to excessive rust - What now?

They are simply to old and to damaged to be rebuild, so I need a new set for my 1992 Civic VTi (http://eg0.sprengt.net).

What calipers would you recommend to get? OEM or aftermarket, doesnt matter as long as the quality and price is good.

Thanks!

T

Sounds like a good time to do a gsr brake upgrade. Or just replace the worn out parts with identical new/ better cndition used ones.

You can't go wrong using oem parts.

I dont see the visual pleasure of a 12 year old caliper rusting to death.. What would a set of ITR's run for?

That is one rusty caliper/rotor

The VTi is the top of the line model, right? If so your stock brakes are probably equivalent to an Integra GSR's (not sure of the European designation). I'd check out http://www.fastbrakes.com or http://www.wilwood.com

These guys do recon calipers, the VTi has the 262mm disks up front, bigger calipers than the 240mm disk civic.
