just thought i would share my project with everybody. my 95 del sol. I threw a rod in the oem d16z6 and swaped it out with a b16 sir 2 with a 4 vent lsd transmission. wow the blood sweat and tears that went into this job.

Nice, but I'd leave the heat shield on the headers. I know it looks like **** but all the heat coming from the headers spreads into your engine bay and heats the air going into your engine, lowering efficiency.
Or you could get aftermarket headers. I'd go with legal ones, they may cost more but they're common so not much more.
DC does the best job with headers and you should get a classier intake system, not one that costs $10 at your local hardware store. Either that or "approve your intake yourself" from Pepboys in the box.

Looks good. Glad to see you upgraded from such a misfortunate event

Ouch. I wouldn't dare say that DC sports carries the best quality header . Although decent for the price, there are many better ones out there including the JDM ITR header IMO.

if i hadnt gotten a stiainless DC header for 100 bucks i would have definately had the ITR on mine.

for those of u wanting to know how i threw the rod. started with a rear main blown. couldnt keep oil in it fast enough. keep driving it. it started knocking and i drove it for almost 6 thousand miles before it finally went.
