Default My ACCIDENT.

In the cage... but still an accident.

Some one hit me at a redlight today. I was parked there watching my rearview mirror, and I see this car coming pretty fast. So i braced and he slammed into me, which slammed me into a truck in front of me. The guy was an incoming freshman coming to spring testing. More to come about that later. But in the meantime, enjoy the pictures of my poor car.

My back and arm does hurt... i guess due to me holding on to the steering wheel before the impact.......anyone know a good lawyer? Do you think its a total? Cause the trunk is hard to open.... so i didn't take the pictures inside the trunk. Inside the floor of the trunk is pretty crushed in.

Thanks to CYN for stopping by to see whats up. I was slowly in the process of project DERICE too.

Nice example of premature clutch spring failure waiting to happen. Why not just yank the e-brake handle everytime you come up to a stop sign?

And I seriously hope you're not hurt, cause it's not worth it. I had a g/f who got seriously hurt and 4 years later she was still going to court trying to sue for doctor bill coverage.

Well, I don't have too many aftermarket parts on the car anyways, and what I do have, I'd pull off and sell those and put the stockers back on.
I called their insurance today, and they're gonna send a claims adjuster out. Imma go run around to a few body shops first so that they don't try to lowball me.

Looks totaled to me bud. Those 1/4 panels aren't easy or cheap to replace.

Even if my taillights are illegal, I was the second car at a RED light. Unless he can say the redlight is illegal too.

Def totalled. I just got hit last month, and the damage wasn't as bad as yours. $2600 for repairs for mine. All it has to reach is 70% of KBB value, and it's done.

[QUOTE=4DRPIMPIN]Damn to bad it wasnt a rear end impact [QUOTE]

??? are you serious?
