The larger feeler gauge doesn't fit and the smaller has slight drag. B18C Valve Adjustment - Honda, Acura Tech Website, tutorials, tuning and HOW-TO's. Drag racing, street racing, road racing - C-speedR.com (this link needs to be updated in the FAQ. Old link is to c-speedracing.com)
Your noise may be the cylinder style LMAs poping up after they've lost contact with the came lobe.

Thanks man! Hopefully not the LMAs making noise at me. I am going to drive her for ~3k miles and then go back in and set valve lash again. I will go skinnier this time...

And let us know how things go with the new head gasket!

It's easy to check the LMAs. Next time you're in there setting the lash, push down on the middle rocker. If it doesn't have a smooth return, your LMAs are dragging. If it snaps back nice and smooth, you're all good.

I don't think there's been a single legitimate new thread in this forum for several days. I've started typing several responses only to stop, look at the way it was written, check the join date, check the last activity date, and close the thread out. When there is a seemly legitimate thread, the lack of troll thread moderation combined with receiving an infraction makes me not want to contribute. Oh well. So it goes...

Agree. Sifting through pointless posts, and the hostile responses is getting old.

Yeah. Me **** posting in my own build thread isn't helping right now, either. I haven't had time to finish this car and I can't post in GDD because of my infraction.

But, at least this is an ACTUAL build thread.
I think you, Wxe, 94 Civic Si, B_swapped, Custard, and myself are the only legit builds going on right now. I'm probably forgetting one, though.

I haven't even looked around the forum much. Mostly just posting so I have reference about what's been done to the car and when.

That's kind of why I started posting, too. It's been helpful seeing as I've had long dry spells.

Right? People only hear what they want to and nobody seems to have an open mind these days.

^^ This. I enjoy the comradery of the dedicated few and kind of ignore the rest while documenting my build mainly for those interested and myself. Seems like I'm in good company though with the folks hanging around our threads.

Default My Thread My Rules I'll Talk About What I Want

Serious Discussion Time

We all know that when there are three or more urinals, you leave a buffer. But, what if there are only two? I think it's kind of a weak move to stand at a toilet instead of using the second urinal.

Also, we look at the wall or up when at a urinal, right? The answer is yes. No other answer is acceptable. Looking down is no good. Do you honestly need to see where you're peeing? ANYWHERE in front of you should be fine.

Talking I'm 50/50 on. Mainly because I typically don't want to talk to anyone when I'm not at a urinal so why would I if I am?
