Default My 94 civic coupe EX is sluggish

Hey guys on my previous thread i was having fuel pump issues, now that all that is solved, ironically when i started my car it ran like ****. i knew spark was good so i pulled the fuel rail off and turned the motor over a few times, and an injector was stuck open. (last night) Then this morning at 7am at 30 degrees F out i wired in a b20 injector to replace the one that was stuck. obd2 i beleive. came off of a 97 crv. so this morning we took off (had to take my girl to work) and i left an EPIC blue smoke cloud that you couldnt even see through.after that it started to clear up, now its not smoking at all (leftover gas or???)
MY motor is a D15B vtec.
Now that i put the b20 injector in its idling funny, but after i get up and going past 1.5k it runs just fine. (rich?)

Like i said before im still having my very strange power cutout, i will get power cutout sometimes if i give it more then 1/2 throttle and stay cutting out unless i let off of the gas, and ease back into it, it clears out at 3k rpm and doesnt do it after 3k rpm.

Car has aem fuel rail, pressure regulator, new fuel filter, new cap, rotor, and plugs/wires, and good compression so wtf?

anywho thanks in advance fellow honda lovers

Going to post up a new thread with pics and all the goodies of the car you are helping me with.

Not sure whats wrong with your car but blue smoke would not be too much fuel. You are burning oil.

I would try putting a stock rail and regulator back on to see if that makes any difference.

-blew threw fuel line to assure there wasnt a clog.
-did plugs/wires/cap/rotor
-have fuel pressure but unsure of actual PSI
-replaced fuel pump (went out)
-cleaned fuel pump sock

okay so now i got all good stock injectors for my motor, just finished wiring them in. SO now it runs WAAAAAAAYYYY better... But im still having the sluggish issue, i can kindof hear a miss when i rev it at a standstill...
like i said, sometimes when i half throttle it it will sound weird like a subaru, no vibrations, knocking, or any other noises, and it feels like my power got cut in half or more. i have a camera but for some reason the mic doesnt work. otherwise id film it.

A friend who is a honda mechanic who i also bought the car from, told me its related to the throttle body. It was doing the infamous wandering idle... 900-2000 rpms up and down up and down.. i blocked off the bottom hole before the butterfly in the Throttle body, and that stopped the wandering idle issue.. looked at the whole setup and its some kind of air bypass it looks like? no electrical or sensor hooked up to it so that cant be the issue can it?

I really need help.. my girl drives the car mainly because i dont have a licence.. thank you in advance

Definitely clean and adjust the FITV. Are the plugs fouled? Are they gapped properly?

Does the CEL work?

^Well, let me answer your question with another question. Is it really ever smart to block something that came OEM and is intended to allow the engine to run right?

to my knowledge the FITV never came on my motor, it is a throttlebody from another car

start the car let it idle take some carb cleaner and squirt around areas of the intake mani hit sensors anything that air might escape if you get a stutter that is most likely where your having issues (if its a vac/air leak issue)
