for starters i bought a 92 cx hatch it had a rebuilt title. looked nice and ran nice. i got this car off craigslist!!!! everyone please do a carfax on a car before you buy a car!!!!! i took it through emissions and it passed with flying colors!!! the problem began when i tried to transfer the car into my name.........well it turns out after i did a carfax on the car that it was stolen rite after it passed the 3rd state inspection!!!! WOW!!!! this car was claimed 3 times on insurance!!!!!! how the hell does this happen????? why is this car still on the road?????? well i have a good fix for that!!!!! lol so i found a 93 si shell for 400$ and it have a clean title and a clean history!!!!!! thats rare!!!!! and the project began.....................my pictures kinda bounce around a bit sorry i dont have any complete pics yet i did the lower core support on the car today.....

good deal! 400 bucks! good luck on the rebuild. i hate hearing stories of cars that were stolen and kept in the insurance loop. you would think they would have caught on. good start!

i have replaced the dash wiring harness the rear harness all the air box crap. ignition. front and rear suspention, exhaust, all the heat shields, i found a walbro fuel pump in my black hatch!!!! that was a good find. fenders, hood, core support, bumper, doors, engine, transmission, shift linkage, the list goes on and on...lol oh and the fuse block under the dash, front and rear seats and all interior plastics....the car has been a good and fun project over the past week! it will be registered and goes in for a alignment on monday!!! the fork lift was my engine hoist!!!!! lol

OP. same **** happen to me =[ my vins didnt match first car thought there was only 2 vin on the dash and the engine but the engie was swap so i had a clean title now is rebuilt

car was registered only to the dash not TOthe car wish i did a carfax and wasnt in a rush to get my first car =*[ now i suffer

Nice find on that Si, I noticed neither car has rust. I can't wait to see it repainted, I really like that teal. A teal hatch like that with a 96-97 ITR brake swap is hot. But so many wheels go with that color, virtually any color, except red, I don't like that combo. Although black/red RNRs

ok so the black car has rear sub frame damage! where the lower control arms bolt up is bent back about 1.5 inches and on the drivers side of the car behind where the fender and door meet it is pushed in.......also i used the lower core suport off the black car to fix the one on my si!!!! the black car is garbage!!!! if you want it come get it its yours!!!!!!! i have a title for it!!!!! ok maybe 100$ for it....lol
