nice car man, looks a lot like my setup, i have problems with the turbo facing the radiator though i put an intake on my turbo and didnt have clearance for it with the stock rad fan, so i replaced it with a 12 inch slim fan and it started overheating after a while, so i replaced the radiator with a dual core aluminum radiator and it still overheats, so i pushed the intercooler forward some to get better flow to the radiator and still overheats after highway driving for a while, i wish i had room for a stock fan, but im not pulling the turbo intake off cause i dont trust the turbo propellers being exposed to anything that found its way to them

i know lol i have had the same problem i just speed up put it in neutral coast and then put it back in gear... it sucks having a small dual core radiator... i think its because the coolant does not have enough time to cool down in the radiator.... but its a small price to pay for the power....

might try using some water wetter. Runs the car 20% cooler i used it on my h22a turbo project.

i think im going to try and fit another slim fan on the front of the radiator blowing through it and run both at the same time and see if it helps, if not i have to come up with something, cause i dont not like driving10-20 minutes with it overheating, and that wire mesh on the turbo looks pretty legit if your just trying to keep out bigger objects, but you have to worry about dirt and dust and water still, and also where did you get the water wetter from i would like to look into that
