Default My 92-95 hatch cargo cover.

Well, none of the local yards here had a cargo cover and the cheapest I saw on the net for one was around $90 or so. So, I decided to make one. Total cost was $15.17 at home depot. No hinge or holddowns on it, but it does the trick.. Post up yours if you made one as well

Looks cool man. I would definately try to make something to hold it down though, or it will probobally fly out of place the first time you drive the car, rattle like crazy and end up making you crazy.

I used 3/8 fiberboard and jigsawed little by little until it fit.
Drove with it in and it's in pretty tight the way it sits, plus the fiberboard is pretty heavy, so it doesn't rattle or move around.

Go for it, copy all you want... It could also be hinged in the middle with a continuous hinge. the fabric is charcoal land and sea rug from Home Depot.

Buy some corkboard or fiberboard from HomeDepot. Cut to fit. Glue carpet on.

I am removing my backseats in the hatch and going to do the whole back like this... looks really nice.
