Are Mugen & Tenzo R the same company???

Yes, I understand that this is a dumb question, but I keep hearing that Tenzo is owned by Mugen, it's like the american counter-part or something. Anyone have some insight into this??? TIA

And they are just actually the only north american distributor. There is only one Mugen as far as I know.
