muffler too loud
I put on my OBX catback a few weeks ago, and the tone sounds really good. Unfortunately, even with the silencer in, it is still too loud for me, attracts too much attention. I like the extra few horses it gave me, and i love the deep tone of it, but is there any way i can quiet it some more without sacrificing hp? any ideas are welcome. thanks in advance

i have an ebay fart can (same quality as OBX)...and i just throw the silencer in to make it quieter...and it works...
unfortunately...the only method to make it any quieter is to add a resonator, as previously stated above...good luck

go to a muffler shop, tell them you want a resonator to quiet down your exhaust, and they'll recommend some sizes for you. then they'll just chop up the pipe and weld in the resonator. shouldn't be too expensive.

yea it sounds great, especially for only $300. i know GReddy's are like $500. if you like it loud and deep, get OBX
