My brother recently bought an APEXi N1 universal muffler but it didn't come with the clamp/hanger. Basically, he doesn't want to bring it to the muffler shop and have them weld a piece of scrap metal directly on the muffler to the chassis as a hanger like they usually do (esp. if their welds on the muffler isn't neat). I've seen Ekizzle's EK4-converted ej6 hb and he has this clamp thing that wrapped his APEXi GT muffler and it looks neat and clean for the hangers to be welded on instead of beign welded directly on the muffler. I asked him and he doesn;t know hwere I can get them separately:

Notice the metal clamp with the hanger welded on it which is clean.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET ONE FOR THE APEXi N1 universal muffler? Or any other similar solution which would eliminate the risk of having to weld on the muffler. THANKS

my first muffler was a ractive teardrop and it came with nothing to hang it and so i took it to Meineke and they welded custom hangers to the sides, beautiful welds. then they welded 2.5" piping to it so it was kind of like a ghetto cat back exhaust. it only cost me about $150 for the install and $60 for the muffler. sounds decent and looks clean!
