Quick conversion estimate:
Drop the <FONT COLOR="red">0</FONT>, and multiply the first number(s) by <FONT COLOR="red">6</FONT>
Example: 30 KMH = 18 MPH, 60 KMH = 36 MPH, 100 KMH = 60 MPH
To be more accurate... http://www.convert-me.com/en/convert/speed

I think it a bit easier of a method - I use it - u don't wanna be trying to calculate all this **** when ur in the car.
These are all approximates, but good ones:
100kph = 60mph
110kph = 65mph
65-75kph = 40-45
50-55kph = 30-35mph
That's all I remember when I drive a car that has a speedometer in KPH, just a few numbers, like 20, 40, 60, 65...so you got a pretty good idea.
If you get pulled over for 10mph over the speed limit, and you tell the cop that it's because you just paid a ridiculously unrealistic amount for a cluster in KPH so you didn't know how fast you were going, he's gonna dickk whip you and call you a ricer bitch (not necessarily in that order). It's not a valid excuse to speed, so learn estimates so you know where you are.
Also, I forgot to mention, use RATIOS a lot. Like if you estimate about 60mph = 100kph, then it's a safe assumption that 20mph (1/3 of that) is approximately 33.33kph (and it's 32.19kph calculated).
Remembering a few speed comparisons at good numbers + ratios will help you - then after a month or so driving it you'll just be able to look at it and know.
PS:
I just thought of something else, if you were smart about this (which you probably won't be), and you were REALLY interested in knowing, then tape it next to the cluster for the first few days. Yeah, you heard me, tape a notecard next to the cluster for the first few days driving it, with something like. 10KPH = Q, 20kph = X, 30KPH = Y, 40KPH = Z, so on and so forth up to ~80 or so (anything past there is usually speeding anyways), so you can keep an eye on ur MPH at the same time.
Do that **** for a week and you won't need to remember a single thing, you'll know exactly where you are speed wise without even thinking about it.
BTW:
YOU WOULDN'T HAVE THAT PROBLEM FOR $0 IF YOU KEPT A STOCK CLUSTER
