Default mounts... i think i have a big problem

i ordered innovative mounts and i have a problem on the tranny mount. on the bolt that is closest to the firewall, the mount makes it that i barely have any tread for the nut. theres like an extended piece on that parts that covers a good amount on the bolt and that only a little tread is covered by the nut.

is this normal or am i the only one with this problem?

as you can see on the left mount, theres an extended piece on the right bolt. this makes it that it covers too much of the bolt on the tranny that theres not much tread for the nut to hold on to. is this normal?

On the stock mount it is shapped differently so that there is no need for that extra height. You will need to find a longer bolt to accomadate for that increased height.

as you can see on the first picture, the nut has plenty of tread of grab on.

on the second pic, the mount makes the stock bolt too short that the nut is not fully flushed.

is this a normal problem with aftermarket mounts? how can i fix this?

Take the bolt you have to a hardware store. Have them match it up with the same threads, but get a longer one. Also get a strong grade.
