Are EG and Ek mounts the same and if not what are the differences. Thank You

Not really. Torque mounts might be similar, but the driver side is different.

Im getting ready to put a B20b in my 1995 coupe. I have a d16y8 out of a 1998 Ex but couldnt remember if the mounts i used were different or if I used the stock mounts. I dont remember changing them though.
