ok the search doesnt work .. and i was thinking of buying either a progress rear sway bar or a suspension techniques rear sway bar for my 95 ex coupe .. i have a lower tie bar on there now that im going to take off .. my question is .. will i have to buy any other parts to mount either of the sway bars .. or will they both just pop in with what i have on there now

don't think you need anything... the holes to mount the brackets already exist on the frame, then the end links attach to the lower control arm...

any idea how much or where i can get these lower control arms .. also r the integras any better than the 4dr civics?

afaik the integra and ex 4dr w/ abs lcas are the same.

i picked some up for a buddy of mine a week or so ago from the junkyard for 30 bucks

i think the type r rear sway bar needs an adapter for an eg and it wont fit on ef's

the trpe r bar or any bar for that matter needs a flat mounting surface, the eg/dc subframe is stepped. not an adapter per se, but more of a mounting plate. something along the lines of a beaks kit or bsq will provide that surface, as well as serving to reinforce against tearout.
also, i think teg bars came with mounting brackets that pushed the bar off the subframe to provide proper endlink alignment. those should fit right up to an eg subframe and put the bar right where it needs to be.

ef's are a different story, i dont know how one would go about attaching an itr bar if it can be done at all.

Yup, you need these brackets if you want to mount the sway bar.

yes the holes are already drilled for you, and the swaybar should come with those brackets if you buy either a used one or a junkyard one.
