Motor Swap Quick Question...
I have a 94 Civic Ex 2 door 5 speed.
The engine has a thrown rod...so im swapping it out
I've never done a swap myself before, so I was wondering:

On this engine, is it just ready to swap in my car if i were to buy it?
Thanks

Re: Motor Swap Quick Question... (rleonekc)
the d15 motor is a great motor to either get great gas milage or to boost for power. its going to be a bit slower than your z6 beacuse of the smaller displacement. if you want all motor power dont get it but its a great motor to do a budget boost commonly found on homemadeturbo.com. but its a good price but it also depends where you live because shipping could bump the price up so much that you'd be better off going to a junkyard
