motor swap question please help!!
ok i got a 94 honda civic lx with the stock 1.5... its blew up on me and i bought a d15z1 vtec-e to put in it... is this a direct swap do i have to change anything besides the ecu and wire up vtec?? any help would be appreciated!!

Change ECU, you need a P07 and wire Vtec as you said. you need the 5 wire )2 sensor, unless using a '93 - '95 california ECU, you need to wire the EGR valve I believe. Z1 also uses a different exhaust manfold that has the cat in it, so you may need to do some exhaust work up front. This all assumes your car is a 5 speed, if its an automatic you might be SOL as the P07 ECU only exists for a manual transmission.
