motor swap ?
So I just bought a 00 SI shell which means no motor. I'm thinking about doing a ls turbo setup. So what I"m wondering is, since the ls motor is a b-series and the si has b16 motor mounts it should bolt on fine without any mods right? My friend told me its easier just to use a b16 but I dont have the funds for and he said b18b is gonna be an issue which I cant see why. Cant all b-series motors bolt on to my mounts with no mods? Another question is if I want to save money, can I throw in some d series mounts and drop the ex motor no problem right? THanks guys

Yes. The Gsr motor will require a different throttle cable and the header will not align however, but you weren't looking for that though.

Yes, but don't do that!
