Motor is in My CX Now: Almost DONE!! Pics!
Well, I dropped the motor in one night after work, but there is still a lot of the bullshit stuff left to do like axles, shift linkage, front mounts, etc.
Anyways, here's some pics:
I just ordered every single last piece of plastic ecterior trim from Honda, so next week it all comes in and hopefully in a few weeks you guys will be seeing pics of the car in finished form,

Damn, man your cars coming along fast, well it seems like it to me but to you its proabably taking for forever, lol. if you dont mind me asking, where did you get all your bodywork done and paint done at? b/c in a couple months down the line im gonna be getting a new paint job more than likely and some body work done, and yours looks immaculate.also if you dont mind how much did the paint job run? thanks man, im located up here in Dalton,GA about 2 hours away, also known as Hickville, lol. thanks man.

Name of the body shop is Quality Collision and they are in Forest Park, Georgia. I'll come back and edit this tomorrow with the number.

Looks sweet, man............ Did you paint your header heatshield? If you did, what kind of paint did you use? And as far as trim $, i'm guessin about $400-600.

Heatshiled actually needs another fresh coat - that paint you're looking at is about 7 months old and never once faded or chipped even after "heat" was introduced to it. It's high-heat BBQ paint! Home Depot baby!
The trims and ****? How about I list it first and then guess:
Both mirrors and the inside plastic covers for the arm
Both side skirts and clips
Both Roof Channels
Both door "sash" moldings - ones that are vertical
Both door "belt" moldings - the ones that are horizontal and fade/flake a lot
Front lip and mounting clips, etc.
Both rear quarter glass rubber moldings
Both front and rear
emblems
Both inner fender liners
All 3 windshield moldings
"Cowl" piece that is at the bottom of the windshield - covers wiper motor
Rubber strip along the nose of the hood w/clips
Both door "latches" - part that's in each door and clasps on the strikers
Both door "stays" - metal pins and arms that "check" the door from opening way too much
Other bullshit that had to be purchased new:
Clutch slave cylinder
Clutch master cylinder
Heater control valve and cable
All mounting brackets for wiring harness that are under the hood (mine were badly oxidized)
I'm sure I'll run into more little "big" **** as I'm getting the car ready for the street. That's what sucks - you don't know what you're missing until it comes up missing

As far as all the exterior parts, if you bought them from
co. brand spanking new which i know you did, then prob, 600 buckaroos.Very nice man, Hey can you post a pic of your interior?? I know you werent gonna put any interior pieces in it and I just want to see how its comming along and how it looks with it painted. Latz man
