Why not just use the regular mounts that came with the engine? Even if you didn't get any with it go find some for cheap. They will work fine, and make you happier for the most part. Solid mounts make your whole car rattle like a POS. You would need the rear T mount and the driver side mount, as well as both side torque mounts if you don't get them with the swap. As for the linkage, the HaSport one you mentioned will not work as the del sol has a much different linkage setup. You will need a del sol VTEC (B16 del sol) linkage to make this all work. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply. But my friend has a EP3 and before he got his solid mounts he had wheel hop wen he would launch. After he dropped them in it was just burnouts no wheel hop. How is this not better then stock mounts?

just get stock mounts, a b series did come in a sol. i dont get why people like spending $300+ on mounts. when they have the option of using something that doesnt make as much noise or vibrate as much.

with the money you save using stock mounts you could put energy suspension inserts in and get a traction bar. this will eliminate wheel hop and give you better traction.

It all depends on what you are using the car for. For a stock B18B1 daily driver with 142 hp, you will be much happier if you go with stock mounts. If you plan to boost it in the near future, or maybe go NA LS/VTEC, then take a look at something a little harder. Does your friends car with the mounts vibrate the hell out of you? I know I've never ridden in one that didn't...

Yeah that's kind of important to mention...so if you want to go with the HaSport mounts the ones you listed would work fine. I would not buy EBAY junk as you get what you pay for. You will still need the shift linkage from the Del Sol VTEC as it is the only one that fits, unless HaSport makes a Del Sol linkage a well. Good luck!

Lol sorry about that. Ok im going to go ahead and order the Hasport mounts. I found a set of Avid racing shift linkage for $130. Is this pricey? Should i go with the OEM del sol b16a shift linkage?

Most people who have used Del Sol linkages for the B series think they are worth in excess of $150 (I agree they are rare), so if you can get an avid one for $130 I would...does it come with a shifter or anything?
