How much do you wanna spend??

You can get inserts from Energy for about $20 and have stock ones pressed out, and those pressed in.. Or you can pick up a set of hasports for about $300 + or Avids for a bit less.

IF your mounts arent THAT bad you can use a urethane fill but I wouldnt recommend this if your mounts are in fact "shot" as you say they are...

Innovative are cheaper too, i did forget about those. I have the A/T to M/T conversion mount and it seems to work fine for me.

Pretty much all the major mount companies will have "off the shelf" setups for your car.

You don't need to press anything out of the stock mounts if you use the ES inserts, they fit in around the stock insides, but they're only for the rear and lower mounts.

Personally, I use Hasport mounts and I've never been anything but happy with them. The price point may be a bit more than some other mounts (and way more than the inserts), but the quality is top notch and the customer service is excellent.

Your B18 probably has a 3 post upper mount, which means you'll need replacement mounts for a DC chassis Integra. I think Hasports part number is DCSTK.

First you need to see what LS you have. Read the Block its either a B18A1 or B18B1. There both really the same although if im not mistaken the A1 has only two bolt ups for the motor mount on the drivers side by the timeing cover. The B1 has 3 holes as a bolt up for the most part it does change depending on who owned the motor or simply what yr it is. After that just go to the website you choose to get your mounts from and look up Del Sols w/ a B series swap then just match up the picture and see if the drivers side is the one you need. The only other thing you have to keep in mind is if you have a cable or hydro tranny. Thats pretty much it. Check these sites out.
http://www.innovativemounts.com/default.asp OR
http://www.hasport.com/products/mounts.htm You will need EGB1 for cable tranny or EGSTK

Look in front of the tranny by the radiator (passenger side)

Hydro would have this (slave Cylinder)

Heres a similar layout of the whole thing if you dont have the slave cylinder like this one then its cable driven.

Hasport does have excellent customer service, they sent me the black, i think rated 64, inserts with my mount when i ordered the red, i think 94?, and then just sent me the red mount after i called and told them about it. So I have the black ones sitting in my garage=].
