Default motor mount question

i am fully aware this is a civic question and not an integra, however the chassis is the only thing in question. my friend has a 97 hatch civic that he is moving his 99 civic sedan engine from into, the question is this...should he or would he need to replace the motor mounts in order to do the swap? i THINK it should bolt right in, but noone has a clean exact scenario that i am looking for. the engine is a d16y7 manual trans.

I don't see why there would be a need for this to be a discussion because the chassis is the same, only thing different is the frontend/rearend and obd2a/obd2b wiring. There are other differences as well but the mounts are the same.

Should be able to just drop it in without changing mounts unless ones automatic and the other is manual.

Of course that never gets specified.
