Motor mount insert question?

Motor mount insert question?
Ive sofar gotten 3 sets of motor mount inserts, and they insist its for my car, but they dont fit! I have a 95 civic Coupe. And ive got two sets of motor mounts, and there both the same. I dont understand why these inserts wont fit? Is there something i should know about?

how do they not fit, did you get ones for a 92-95 or 96-00 non Si, or 99-00 Si, look at your part numbers

energy, and yes i got the right part number. 92-00 civic ive gotten the same thing from 2 sources and both swore they were the right ones, but there not even close. Ill have to take pics of my extra set of mounts and inserts
