Default motor mount ?(b18c>96 EK)

First of all I did do a few searches on this but I did not find exactly what I was looking for. I am getting ready to swap a 94 obd1 jdm b18c(with hydo tranny) into my 96 ek, Im pretty sure that I have all of the wiring figured out but Im still not clear on the motor mount situation. Now I know that I need to use the drivers side D-series mount, but I noticed that the mount uses one bolt to mount up to the D-series
block, while the B-series mount uses two bolts to mount up to the block. What is the best solution for this? My second question was for the rear mount, is the rear b18c mount the same as the 99-00 mount, or do I need to go out and get the 99-00 rear mount to do the swap right? I have the p54 ac bracket, ecu adapter harness, integra throttle cable, new clutch, flywheel, all belts, plugs/wires, dist. cap/rotor, waterpump, ect., and if you have done a similiar swap and know of any other problems that I might run into or any other pointers, I would really appreciate your help. Please set me straight on this and thanks in advance.

You need the timing belt side mount bracket that bolts to the block from a 99-00 SI as well as the rear mount bracket from an SI.

there are actually 2 on the d and 3 on the b you cant see the others because of the timing belt shroud. as stated earlier you need the drivers side bracket from an si and the rear tranny mount from an si. Im not sure how you couldnt find that in a search though. What are you going to do for your wiring? I jut want to make sure you got all the right info before jumping in. you need to either reuse your stock harness and add wires of get an si harness and extend wires.

I appreciate your concern bro, I do have some help from a friend of mine though, he knows quite a bit as far as biulding up b-series motors and he has swap experience but only with eg's and ef's. Believe me I've been saving for to long to go off and try to do the swap without trusted help. Please correct me if im wrong about any of this but I am going to use the stock harness with an obd2>obd1 adapter harness. From what I understand I am going to need to pull the pinouts on the stock distributor plug(b/c of there being only one plug with the obd2 harness) and convert the wires to the two plugs on the b-series distributor. I am going to use the D-series injectors so that i wont have to splice into those plugs. (I believe the injectors are both 240cc) Run the knock sensor and the VTEC wires (I found a chart for p72-obd1 ecu pinouts through a site called hybridgarage) But im still not sure about every other sensor that is going to have to be lengthened and/or have to have the plugs swapped,We have a pretty good idea and im sure that we could figure the rest out but if you happen to know where I could find a good guide for this that would be awesome. I dont mean to annoy you guys with questions that you've probably already answered a million times, its just that OKC is a bunk city full of ricers and idiots who try to act like they know whats going on but they are really just BSing to try and look cool, I did do a search but I did not find the exact answers that I was looking for.Again, please correct me if im wrong about any of this, I want to take my time and do this right the first time and not just "make it work" thanks alot man.

yeah you can use your stock harness. you will only be using your primary o2 sensor and those wires will need top be extended so that it will reach the end of the "b" pipe near where it would connect up to the cat, Im not sure if your injector idea will work but it might cause I really never tried it. You will need to add wires for knock sensor, IACV, IAT, and VTEC, Another thing that you will likely run into will be that your radiator hoses for the GSR engine wont fit your stock radiator. some people try to just crack down the hose clamps and pray so you can do that or swap out your radiator. you got the axles and shft linkage right?

I was wondering about the radiator hoses, so I guess I'll go ahead and start pricing the radiator that fits, I'm guesing that I'll need the 99-00 SI radiator to do it right? I'm positive that the injector swap is gonna work, I've checked it all out and the injectors are identical, the b18c fuel rail should fit back on them and everything. I acually ordered the complete swap through Hmotorsonline and I got everything with it, ecu and all and I even got the integra shifter on the linkage which is cool, I've heard that the shifter feels awesome but I havent personally driven one. I still need funds for the mounts and I'll go ahead and get a new radiator to. I noticed that you guys got a good archieve going and I figured I'd try and get a hold of a decent camera so that I can document the entire swap, every single detail and see about posting it on there. But ya my moneys pretty much spent for the rest of the month so I'm hoping to start the swap sometime in may. But hey man, I really appreciate all of your help and if you can think of anything else please let me know.

Documenting has been done many, many times. All the info you need has been given to you. This wiring diagram should help.
