Motor Choice for 94' del Sol! Help me decide!
Whats going on everyone? Well I just got back into my 2nd Sol and I want to do this one right. I had a boosted b16 in my first one, but I dont know what I want to do with my new one. I have the stock D15b7 in there and it needs to go. It is my DD so nothing too too crazy...just enough haha.
Here are my options.
1) I have a .020 over built b18c1 shortblock ready for boost that I built a few moths ago that is just sitting around for now that I could use and boost it again.
(Turbo is not what I really what to do though. I really just want a simple, clean NA set up that wont be as much a headache as a turbo motor. But seeing as how Ive already got it and its built, its hard not to go ahead and use it.)
2) Go with that nice NA set up. Maybe a b20vtec with head work and forged internals. Only do bolt ons. i.e: Intake manifold, good header, good exhaust, etc..
They would prob come out about the same price wise, prob a bit more for the turbo set up. Im looking for your opinions/ideas on what you would do given the info and situation I am in right now.
Thanks.

If you dont want to boost it get some pistons that will raise the compression a bit, get a head and do little port work and get said bolt-ons.
