moroso oil pan

Default moroso oil pan

hey guys puttin a moroso oil pan on my gsr in my 93 si was wondering how low itll sit in retrospec to a stock oil pan, im goin with the moroso cause its the easiest way to run a return oil line instead of welding so if anyone knows how far itll sit let me know

You might ask some of the guys in the forced induction forum but I think someone is making a non-weld-in fitting now. I think it comes with certain kits but you get on separated I'm sure. If you're gonna pull the pan, why not weld one? Just askin

from looking at pics, the moroso pan doesn't sit much lower. And the pan ISN"T easier than welding in a bung, but it is a shitload more expensive!!!!

You can easily get your regular pan and weld in a bung. Also, depending on the turbo kit, the moroso return line locatioin might not be ideal.

well the thing is my friend is selling me his for 250 and its not my money its insurance i was in an accident 2 months ago and hit a curb bent my control arm, and messed up my fender and IC so im jus upgrading everythign
got pwr IC off of SONNY and competiton engering control arms so far

well i have a b16, and it is no lower than the down pipe on my turbo. but as far as the stock pan, i never paid attention. i think it is the same as they have incorporated the "kick out" for the added volume. no more depth.
