more y8 questions
hey, i know ive been asking alot of noob qustions lately, but i was just wondering if the d16y8 swap would be a good idea for an eg, i mean i got the engine and trans already, and i was gonna use the dx intake mani and the z6 dizzy. jsut wondering if ill gain anything from it or should i sell it. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW. i dont do b series.

Use the Y8 manifold opposed to the Y7, it's better.
As far as distributors go...I may be wrong here but I thought the OBD-I VTEC dizzy's didn't bolt in to the rest of the 5th/6th generation bolt patterns.

the y8 would go well with a eg...stock for stock you'll be quicker than any ej8/ej1 thats forsure.
My buddies rex has the stock a6 (bone stock), it pulls alot harder than my ej8 (stock). Weight plays a big roll.
