Default Moon roof or no moon roof?

I want to get a civic but I dont know if i shouls get one with a moon roof or not.

any suggestions?

Depends on how much you want one, but I'll say from experience that they SUCK because they add lots of weight in the worst place on the car - up top. This adds mucho body roll. I had 2 1992 Si hatches, and I sold 1 just to build a CX hatchback.

It tells all the weight differences of the 1992 hatches. Too bad the DX and LX manual 4-door weighs LESS than the Si hatchback.

depends on what you want the car for

...if your a hardcore racer, don't get the moon roof. it adds a good bit more weight to the car. If you're into autocross or road racing it adds weight where yo don't want it...up top (raising the vehicles center of gravity)

If your like me and just want something to drive all the time with the california sun shining down on you, maybe just having some weekend fun at the track I'd go with the moonroof. I love my sunroof, I don't think its ever closed unless its raining.
