okay so i bought and eg8 i was stock everything but a slapped on turbo kit and exhaust so on my way how on a 98 degrees day and a 3 hr drive i blew the head gasket and cracked the radiator... not good so i decide to do a "mini me" swap got a z6 a complete head z6 harness chipped p28 head gaskets z6 neew head gasket (y8 metal gasket) and i started to tear it down and then put it all back with the z6 harness. and first no spark-_- so i got a new cap and rotor fixed the problem there. then i had no fuel took out my resistor box. solder the wires to stock and got stock injectors cleaned all the connectors and got them to fire signal and power to all the clips all good there it was off time a little so i got it timed just right. still no start... so we tried to compression started it it started but very shitty. barely any power wanting to die the whole time if i wasnt at wide open throttle. put it in neutral and took my foot off the gas. died right out.. not get much compression. started taking my head off because i was going to get a new head since even from the top you could tell some valves were bent and what not.almost got it off with the little time i had but then had to stop that night i decide to just buy a whole new motor didnt want to go back to a bseries since all my hondas ive had and liked were bseries. i wanted to stick with a d series, i love sohc's since everyone doubts and talks **** about them that i see around and talk to. wanted to prove em wrong and show them the sohc is still a great motor just takes more time haha. so i decide one the jdm d1b sohc vtec. a whole 130hp should be here next week and ill take pics of the install and of the car tomorrow in our shop of the mini wire tuck and the empty bay. ill post pics tonight of how the car did look and how it does now.
it hasnt changed much but being on steelies and no engine. ill post more monday or tuesday when the engine comes in and we start the install till then ill post a few pictures.
give me you input and thoughts it only running 10 psi right now on and idk what trim.and no tune.

last picture is from tonight after we pushed it out of the shop
rear window visor flew off on tow truck back in washington.
it was a shitty one anyone so no big deal
i also have slotted and drilled breaks a ex transmission a new oem clutch and throwout bearing rear ca,ber kits (got for free no use for them yet.)
a few extra mounts.and i think thats itoh and coilovers back home and an exhaust for it. just waiting on them getting shipped

First thought that comes to my mind is that if youre going to be running boost, regardless of how much or what turbo set-up you're using, you should tune it somehow. At least do a street tune using a wideband.

aww **** did i not add in i going to get a tune?lol im going to make a trip up to colorado and get it tuned up there since theresno place in wyoming to tuned it and i dont have the skill to yet. but yes i will get it tuned apparently my p28 has a jun chip and tune. any one know how to find out ? i want to know before i run up to colorado and not be able to get it tuned i want to get a p28 with hondata s300 in it. so i can end up tuning it my self later on when i get the hondata program on my laptop. and input on finding out the if the chipp is what it was said to be or not?
thanks i forgot to take pics today as i was wire tucking since phones arent aloud in class really but ill snag some monday hopefully the engine will be here also

Yes the new engine came in today.
jdm d15b put a new water pump and thermostat on it today.
it was an automatic when it was used so shouldnt have been beating on to bad
put the flywheel clutch and pressure plate on today.
should drop it in tomorrow. i need to clean up my engine bay some
ill post more pics tomorrow of it coming along hopefully itll be started tomorrow.

so fuel injection system is at a wack again no signal again... idk why but i have coontinuity threw the wires from the injectors to the ecu... i dont know whats going on right now

update my dash harness that has the fuel control in it is fired as hell
a lot of open in it . buying a new one this week. \hopefully it will fix the problem and hopefully my fuel pump will actually turn off.

dont flame on the coolant reserve it make shift till i get a new radiator that wont hit my hood straight up its block my coolant res postion currently
