Intake, stiff shocks, springs, & summer-only tires...
I'm leery of going off the OEM exhaust. B16s make very little torque at low rpms, and with aftermarket that behavior can get even worse.
Next time the clutch needs to be replaced, you could get an aftermarket light flywheel (not stupid light, just one bump down from stock). The B16 will drop rpms faster, so you'll be able to rev-match your shifts faster. I notice mine even in day-to-day normal driving, the hesitation before it drops rpms is shorter and the rate of the drop is faster.
BTW, when you do replace the clutch, replace the Input Shaft Bearing on the trans too. Wish I'd done mine at the same time.

Re: MOds for the del SOl BAsic MOds? (MonkeyBoy668)
for basic mods:
Motor:
3" intake
ITR 4-1 header
2.25" custom exhaust
Suspension/brakes:
adjustable shocks and sleeveovers
bigger rear swaybar
S.S. brake lines
Performance pads(I like the hawk HPS)
light weight wheels/better tires
Cosmetic:
ITR shift boot
weighted shiftknob(better feeling shifts)
JDM 1pc. headlights
tint
that should make the car feel/look a little more alive....guess depending on your budget you could go a little better(like a race header, bigger brake kit, etc. etc.)
welcome to the club ....go here and post some pics:

Since your car is essentially a Civic - all mechanical parts are usable / interchangeable. So essentially the sky is the limit. The only place you might find some difficulty is with the exhaust - most ready made aftermarket exhausts are made for civics whilst the del Sol will need very minor fabrication.
If you're referring to cosmetic mods... that's an entirely different and quite big conversation.

and here is another thread to check is this one with all the jdm/edm/optional parts ever made for the del sol. that will help with cosmetics.

sean gave a good run down and so did someone else. a good kevlar clutch and lite flywheel will help a lot and notice quick. good c/f or 3in air intake will help it breath. then a 4-1 header. open it up and put some ctr cams in, bore the throtle body, and port/match the intake manifold.
