Default Moded d15b 92 cx 200 mpg...does it seem right?

Im getting about 200 miles per gallon, seems kinda low...mods are...

aem cai
dc 4-1 header
2.5" magnaflow highflow cat, 22" resonator, 2.5" magnaflow oval exhaust
d16y8 manifold
ls throttle body
skunk2 cam gear (cam advanced by 2 degrees)
ngk wires w/ ngk iridiums
act 8lb flywheel
chipped p08 ecu

i use to get about 300 miles per tank but ever since i go the chippped p08 ecu its been killing my gas milage hardcore style...30 mpg to about 20 mpg

does chipped ecu really waste THAT much more gas? god dam!
