Default Mmm Baked headlights DIY (56K go to hell)

Here we go I decided to black out my headlights tonight ....

1st get all your stuff together

Always pre-heat

Fix any broken parts

Keep HT around for any assistance

Make sure to stay well fed Hunger can lead to mistakes

Keep Sunflower Oven mits close cuz these will be hot

After 12 minuts they will peal apart easly

Tape off the middle

Primer 1st

Brake for dinner

haha Realise you forgot to take a picture after spraying with the flat black paint

Admire your work

Put things back together

Touch up spark plug cover well your at it

Enjoy ! <-- I need one of these now

Havent gone outside to look at my headlights but i wonder if this bidness would work on del sol head lights? Any one else try? Oh and whatd you use to reseal the head lights back up or do the reverse the process by reheating?

yea it can be done, someone posted a thread of him paint the headlights on his del sol and it looked nice...i'm guessin the procedure is the same with all civic headlights. that's what i want to do, but i want to paint the auxiliary lights too or else that would look unmatched.

Hey if this topic isn't relevant to the 1992-1995 Civic then what is?

I got some stuff at autozone called "Flowable silicone, for windshields and glass" I Reheated the glass and pressed the 2 pieces together ..then ran a bead of this stuff around them to seal it tight
