Yeah its called a sideskirt. On your car they all came unpainted black plastic. They came painted on some of the higher up models but I don't think ANY of the 92-95 Civics came stock with them painted.
As for where to find them, they're literally all over the place. Unless its a 4 door you're taking them off, all of the 92-95 coupes are interchangeable. Try junkyards, ebay, classifieds on this site or others....
A bit more expensive here, but you can try http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com (Majestic Honda), but either way you shouldnt have a tough time or breakage of the bank to come across them.
You guys and your flaming...Honda-Tech should take away post counds like team-integra does, that way the post ****** go elsewhere.

Truth. Just bring a small screwdriver and remember to push towards the driver side wheel and off it pops.
Also kidding

Well..hurry up and post that next installment so I can swipe and sell me some parts, so I can afford to buy your Volks.
Also kidding....but if I had the cash I'd be all over those TE37's...they're beautiful!
