start cleaning my car thur night.cleaned engine bay with degreaser.
car started just fine right after finishing and drove it into garage.
stayed thery all day fri getting cleaned up for IA 08.got up
this morning and started it to leave and BAM, car is running funny'
hesitates and bogs down a little while idleing and while accelerating.
AND noticed pcv valve is making a strange noise,replaced it with
a new one and it does the same thing.i have never heard this before.


worst part is it happens day of IA

did u dry off the engine bay as much as u could after u sprayed it down?

yes.
and it started up just fine and ran fine
did not run it all day fri
now sat morning try to start it and it runs like crap

pull ur plugs and see if water got inside...i worked on a car b4 where i had to wash the engine bay afterwards and after road testing the car it just suddenly died and 2 codes showed up for cam sensor..i just ran it all day, cleared the code and it didnt come back...some water might have gotten in somewhere b4 u could dry it off and just slowly seep thru somewhere

somthing simular happend to me, id be driving then it would just bog down and almost die while on the road. after swiching up to some different injectors it was getting a little better. does the car idle normal?

just got done vaccuming the water
from the spark plug holes.now the car seems to idle fine,but on acceleration it bogs down .came home and unhooked the battery and reset the computer.car started fine and so far is idleing fine.will let it run for a few mins and go drive and see what happens next

car ran great for about a mile.then starting bogging down again.got it back home and let it run a while and it idles fine.going to wait a while and check the dizzy but it was covered with plastic.dont know if it could still poss have humid air in it
