Default Misfiring at low rpms????

okay, i redid my valve lash/adjustments again and replaced the rotor and cap and spark plugs but the car feels like it is misfiring at idle, could it be doing this because of all the times i took the spark plug wires out and they got damaged or does anyone have any idea why this would happen, if you would like to get better idea i will post a video up of it tomorrow, thanks in advance.

see i cant really do my timing cause when i have the timing gun working, you need ot have the engine at a steady 750 rpm or so, my car idles up and down, its not a vaccuum leak though, it seems to idle fine then all of a sudden it dropps 100-200 rpm, and it makes it pretty much impossible to get it right

and after it drops it goes right back up pretty quickly if it was a vaccuum leak it would be a steady up and down buts is very quick up and down then its fine then up and down every 5 seconds or so it does it

If I go by my tachometer, I'm idling at 100 RPM which is not possible. My RPMs also go up and down every minute or so. I'm thinking it has to do more on the power surge side. When the fan or something is triggered, voltage gets drawn so I'm guessing the main harness' voltage goes down which might cause the little drop in RPM.

well a ne engine isnt quite in my budget, see when i drive it it will sharply decline about 50-100rpm then go back up, when i drive and go to stop it will idle fine for about 10 seconds then start doing it again. could this because of a ground being dislodged?
