Misfire Code for Cyl's 1 and 4...but car runs perfect?

Went to Autozone, got the codes read. P301, P304, and P300.
Cylinder 1 misfire, Cylinder 4 misfire, random/cylinder misfire. HOWEVER, the car runs perfect. Like I stated in the earlier thread, CEL comes on when it's being started and it's cold outside. Plugs are new, wires are relatively new, and I will check the distributor cap.
What's causing this code, yet no loss in performance or a misfire? The car runs like a champ.

Have you done a compression test? When you change the dist. cap might as well change the rotor, and fuel filter.
Also have your injectors tested, they may be clogged/dirty.

Compression's good, fuel filter is less than 10,000 miles old, spark plugs brand new, injectors are good, I checked the distributor cap. I haven't changed the dist. yet, but it's a little dirty inside, not too bad.
Is there some connection between the engine being cold since the weather's so cold, and the dist misfiring? Maybe just because it's getting old? I plan on changing the dist cap and rotor when I have the $$, just wondering in the meantime. The car runs fine before and after the CEL comes on. Like I said, it comes on within 10 secs. of the car being started. TIA.
