Misfire after warmup
During warmup from cold start, the car idles fine. But after running it for a few minutes, the idle drops to about 650-700 and sometimes lower before it revs up to 1200. So far, I have changed the spark plugs, wires, intake manifold gasket. Still has the same exact problem.
I'm leaning towards the distributor/alternator, in addition to IACV,because the radio keeps turning off/on(att mode enables) and my radio has never had a problem before. In addition, today, when I took it out for a spin after changing the im gasket, the lights flickered from a light beam to the standard brightness. Or the ecu.
I did a search and it seems like the IACV might be the problem. I already tested it by placing a thumb in the hole of the throttlebody as stated in another thread. The car didn't die, instead, the idle dropped a bit. But I haven't adjusted the idle speed. Or cleaned out/replaced the IACV
After changing the im gasket, i refilled the coolant and checked for bubbles, no air in the coolant.
The fked up thing is that after I got my car back from the shop, all these additional problems started occuring. Radio on/off, lights dimming, missing weather strip, missing mudflaps etc.
