i never though in a million years i would have gotten rip off by a shop. i took my car to a shop for a electrical diagnostic for a hundred bucks. They told me engine harness need to be repaired and the ecu program was corrupted and the iacv was very dirty. too repair it was going to cost me an additional 580. they said after these repairs i should have no problems. Got the car back drove it check engine came on and it idle at 2.5 rpm i have a engine code 7, 14. gas milage took a nose dive. took it back now they say i need other repairs. any advice on what i should do

I don't even know where to start. Code 14 is the IACV so it appears they didn't fix that issue. Were you getting these codes PRIOR to taking t to them? What car? Year? Engine? What did they do to fix the ECU? What electrical problems did they claim they found?

Sounds like you got thoroughly ripped off.
