Miscellaneous Problems...
I've stumbled on quite a few problems quite recently with my '94 Coupe, and I'm hoping you guys can give a little advice.
The vehicle we're dealing with has an OBD1 JDM H22 in it, and is tuned with the S200. Here are my problems...
1) While at low RPMS, and in gear, my engine stutters. It seems as if my fuel pump has cut-out, since it is a Walbro 255. Now, it was tuned with the stock pump, and then I changed to the Walbro a few weeks later. Someone told me its because the Walbro cannot make low fuel pressure (low enough that is to hold at 2000 RPMS while on the throttle). Any truth to this statement? What are my options? Fuel pressure reg. or tune it again?
2) I've had a ES Polyurethane kit for some time now and I finally got a few bushings pressed out from some extra UCAs I had laying around. To put the new bushings in should I take them and the lube back to the machine shop, or can they be done relatively easily by myself?
3) When my car idles, it idles around 300 RPM. Reason being I have eliminated my balance shafts, and was wondering if it will hurt my engine/battery/alternator due to low idling. My lights usually dim a bit when below 600 RPM or so, as expected.
4) About 6 months ago I had a bad PS rack. I broke the clock spring and then put a non-PS rack in. I want to replace the clock spring since I have no SRS/cruise/horn as of now. By breaking the clock spring, did I just break the puck shaped part with the belt-like cord attached to it, or is there something else further down the column?
5) This really isn't priority, but I'm sure all of you are annoyed my this. Being that I have no balance shafts, my car has the "shakes". This causes a few pieces (IE: glove box, bezel, speaker grill) to rattle at various RPMS. What kind of lining or cushion could I purchase to create a soft touch so that the sound is dampened?
If you just read all five I would appreciate you answering any you have any idea about. If not, maybe you can learn from a few common problems. Anyways, thanks for reading.

Re: Miscellaneous Problems... (O RLY)
for the rattle you could try dynamat I know there is a spray on formula for od shaped areas but it isn't cheep. Now you know why they put balance shafts in!! Oh well you could always reinstall them and you wouldn't need to do anything to the car
