Default Miscellaneous 5 Gen. Questions

Alright, first of all, I've started this thread because I have little problems here and there that annoy the hell out of me, and never seem to get fixed because I forget about them when I'm not driving the car. I plan to finish my turbo setup for my 94 H22 Coupe soon, but first I want to make sure everything is kosher with the car itself.

First off, I run KYB AGXs with SK2 coilovers. The front suspension is shot. The struts make a popping sound when I hit a bump, and I can grab the fender and bounce the car up and down. Now this I ask...should I just buy two new AGXs for the front, or go with a coilover setup from JIC or KSport? And, do SK2 coilovers go bad? I've had 'em for about 2 years, and see that they've lost the red coating and have some rust. Do all springs (even Tein) lose the nice overcoat and rust?

Second, is a fairly stupid problem, but I can't seem to fix it. My glove box rattles like a son of a bitch at 600-800 RPMs (idle). Now given that I did remove my balance shafts, the car shakes a bit more, but the glovebox is by far the worst. I tried fixing it by wrapping some electrical tape around the sprocket that the latch clicks onto, but no luck, and besides it makes it tougher to close the glovebox.

Third, I have a quarter-panel that is dented, and cannot be pulled. Is there any other alternative to paying $600 to have it fixed and repainted?

Fourth, I want to see if anybody has used Powerslot's brake upgrade. I'm talking about the carbon rotors with the caliper relocator. I don't want rear discs right now, so I need more stopping power when I decide to run 18psi on an H22 at the track. I know this will eliminate the possibility of slicks since the rotors require a 16" wheel, but I don't have money for 600 hp DSS axles anyways.

Feel free to answer a question or two, and please don't hate, I've put a lot of money and time into my Honda. I just need some advice on these four topics.

Happy Father's Day,
Rob
