Minnesota Scammer
Alright..........this is what happened. I was talking to this guy from minnesota in a chat room and we were talkin about our civics. Well........turns out that he has a turbo kit for a b-series motor and i who had just bought a b18c to replace my LS motor and i am trying to sell it. I made an agreement with him and he would send out the turbo kit and i would send out the old motor. Well..........I have been waiting for about 4 weeks and still no turbo. I cant get ahold of him and he doesn't write back on his e-mails. He told me his name is josh, but thats probably a fake name and he lives in the south eastern part of MN. So...........if anybody knows anybody from that part of minnesota or know anything about this punk give me some info.

Yep, he has scammed a lot of us lately. He lives in Rochester, MN and around the area. Did he go by Josh Dion? or Josh Moe? or Jeff Fen? Please go to the forced induction classifieds and post in there. We have a thread all about him going on. He prolly scammed you for the same kit he was supposed to give me. SFP manifold, T3T04e, custom downpipe, gunmetal powdercoated SFP piping, speaco fmic, etc, etc. Best of luck and please go check out the thread for "Josh Dion" in forced induction classifieds

I dont think it would be him why would he use his real name with all the bad posts about him??? It just doesnt make any sense......What did he give u for a phone number and his info.....I bet it is this kid from PLAINVIEW MN....A matter a fact i am almost %100 cause i got some friends from around that area and he has been lookin for a LS motor for his 92-95 civic....the guy that screwed you, whats his aim name and email....list all the info he gave u i will find out for sure......and another thing who starts a name on HT and there first post is HEY i got scammed????

hey man new users cant be trusted and i know that includes me, provide some sort of proof as well.....how did u ship it? had to be ups or FEDEX.....provide us with a tracking number....even though it was awhile ago it will still be on there....maybe your him......

Yep... actually this bastard took me a while back for some DSM parts. I had talked to him on the phone, it was when I was parting out my DSM.... we worked out a deal where I sent him my P&P, and completely built head, for a h22a head, ecu, and some cash... well of course I held up my end, and he never sent anything. I think I still have his information, I tried to get a lawyer involved, but because I live in ND, and he lives in MN, I can't do much in small claims, and don't know if it's worth my time and money to go after him in anything other then that. Ughhh..... it still pisses me off to think about it.
If anyone wants to they can PM for more info. I might still have all our old e-mails and ****. I hope someone takes this ******* down!

someone take legal action...or at least some of us MN H-T members should just meet up and drive down there during a weekend. it's only a mere 2 hours from the cities and that could probably be the best 2 hour drive of our lives. anyway, getting back on the subject, screw this josh kid and all other scammers. someone please bust his *** who has his info.
