mini re build
I got a mini swap d16y7 block and d16z6 head.
4-1 dc headers, z6 intake, after market cold air intake.
I was thinking bout putting in p29 pistons for more compression.
will they fit? Can I fit ls rods as well? An i will be using arp bolt/ head studs.

Re: mini re build
i'd probably just mill the head to bump up the compression to be honest...
that minime will already yield boosted compression.
and you're not going to be making enough power to even need to worry about beefing up the strength of your internals. (turbo sohc's make around 200whp on stock internals before entering dangerous territory).
This would save a lot of time & money as you wouldn't need to tear apart the bottom end.
You could also put a nice cam up top, and a hondata style intake manifold gasket(these are cheap and great,
if not for the simple reason that you'd never have to scrape another im gasket again!!)
Do you have plans for tuning it yet?
I'd recommend it...
