Default mini-me turbo

I have a 95 dx. i was thinking about doing a mini me swap because it seems like a pretty easy and cost conscious way to add a good amount of horsepower. but i wanted to know if i wanted to turbo it later, how much boost would i be able to achieve safely? and if i rebuilt the internals with low comp. pistons and such, how much can these hybrid engines take? I was always a nissan guy, i sold my 240 and got a dx handed down to me so, im pretty new with honda's and didnt wanna go to crazy with it.
