Default Mini-me troubles...

I need some help....Y7/Y8 mini-me using an auto manifold and TB. Im still waiting on my P2p so the stock P2E is running it. The car starts up fine but has the idle surging...ive plugged all unused lines and changed/checked all vacuum lines and i still cant find the leak...When I installed the manifold i used copper gasket between the head and mani and also between the TB and mani. Im thinking one of the sensors on the Y8 TB might be toast? its the only thing I can think of besides not running the correct ECU.....

Any help/suggestions?

You will have to use a manual intake manifold and throttle body with the 2-wire iacv when you install the p2p ecu.

If you are using a 99-00 intake manifold, make sure you plug up the large vacuum home on top of the flange and the tiny holes above each runner on the flange.

Also make sure you plug up the small cruise control nipple at the back of the intake manifold near the driver side.

You should have not used the copper gasket spray between the head and manifold and between the throttle body and manifold. It is not required and will only cause a mess.

Why will I need the manual manifold?

The manifold is from a 97 EL. Ill still run a 2 wire IACV by using the one from my Y7 and leaving a wire out.
